Two-tiered chocolate tart !

  • By making this tart, you just bite a piece of cake, caramel has flowed out, and the chocolate is very sweet. When you enjoy this tart, you sprinkle a few more salt on the cake, the cake will be softer, easier to eat and much less bored.

  • Ingredients for two-tart chocolate tart <for 2 servings>
    Wheat flour 100 gr
    White sugar 225 gr
    Butter 175 gr
    Salt 1 1/2 teaspoons
    Heavy cream 300 ml
    Vanilla 1 teaspoon
    Black chocolate 170 gr
    Cocoa powder 10 gr
  • Making :
    Step 1 :
    Heat the oven at 175 degrees C. Mix flour, sugar and salt in a large bowl and add the butter. Mix until you have a mixture of cotton, small pieces, foam.

    Step 2 :
    Squeeze the dough into the mold, then put it into the oven for about 20 minutes or until you see the yellow cake on the cake, cool it out.

    Step 3 :
    Bring sugar to the water on the stove at the small donkey. Stir until the sugar dissolves. Boil the fire and leave the boiling water for about 7 minutes. This caramel recipe does not require a thermometer, but you should not ignore it because it can burn in the blink of an eye.

    Step 4 :
    When the line turns to light amber, then shake the pot in the arc and then off the kitchen. Caramel color will get darker after turning off the stove. Pour fresh cream on, this should be done slowly and carefully as the mixture will foam.

    Step 5 :
    Add butter, vanilla and salt, stirring until the ingredients blend well together. Allow the caramel to cool for 10 minutes. Then pour the caramel on the cake, leave it for about 1 hour

    Step 6 :
    Put chocolate in a measuring cup or mouthpiece with a mouth to fill. Heat fresh cream. When the cream boils down, turn off the stove and pour into the chocolate cup. For a few minutes then stir and let the mixture cool to room temperature. The chocolate will solidify but can still be poured. Pour the chocolate over the caramel. Use chocolate spoon spread all over the cake.

    Step 7 :
    Place the cake within 20 minutes before putting it in the refrigerator, without wrapping it. The best tasting is when it is 3 hours cold. Coat the cake with a little cocoa powder is done.
