Dang I hit all those except for the one about making more than your regular salary, but that is my goal in the next two years. Maybe addict isn't the right word. Maybe full-time or professional steemian ;)
Good luck with reaching your goal, @gniksivart :) Just keep producing good content and interacting with other users, and I'm sure you'll get there soon enough. Unless you make a very high salary at your job of course!
