A Snap Of #Africa 22/7/2017 To Maximise Your Curation Efforts, Highlight Content Curators And Display The Beauty Of #africa!

We are giving you #africa on steemit, in a jiffy. Yes, this a snap of what happened in #africa yesterday but we will focus a bit on newer steemians who are still obviously learning the process of creating original content.

Aim is to use this post to acknowledge their efforts while highlighting the gem of information in #africa. This will likely also help existing steemians with their curation, incase this post incites them into visiting #africa.

We are still in a test phase, so this series is still experimental and will evolve into something beautiful in the coming weeks!

We start this post with a dance from Ghana as featured by @wundengba in his post here:

You will Love this Traditional Dance of the Talensi people of Ghana in West Africa!

It is easy to say that his post didn't have much content but it is important to encourage this new steemian as curating content from youtube.com as was the case with his post, is in itself content creation and the video he featured, contains an intriguing dance hailing from Ghana. @breezin used the eagle to speak to us! Well, the eagle is known for acute vision and you may want to say far-sightedness but let's simply call it foresight.

Foresight is essential in life and makes you stand out easily even in your steemit journey. Simply put, a person without foresight, is ordinary. @breezin explains some of the virtues learnable from the African giant bird; the eagle in her post here:

Lessons From Nature ~ The Eagle

Yes good deed still hail from Africa. It is easy to forget ones roots in the presence of luxury and fame and this happens in Africa perhaps, more than in other more developed nations of the world. Being looked down upon by peers due to abject suffering may become reason for payback, when fame eventually arises but a Nigerian celebrity must have decided to take a more advantageous path by helping a blind kid from Liberia according to this post by @voke:

How popular  Nigeria  singer help a poor blind boy from Liberia To  achieve his dream

In his post, you will find two videos, showing Flavour (Nigerian Singer) making the blind boy's dreams come true by letting him join in on stage in his music performance before a Liberian crowd as well as featuring him in a music video. Simply visit the post above to see this emotional stuff!

Some original photography also takes place on #africa lol. Yes, there is a ton of variety on #africa so you may want to divert some of your curation efforts to #africa to support these awesome content creators. This particular photo is by @readallaboutit a steemian who lives in South Africa and is worth a look at. Yes, a close shot of a posing squirrel is worth a look at:

Finally, we all know of the presence of China in many countries and it is not foreign knowledge that there are many Chinese in the African nations. Some are simply there to do business, others mine gold, in many case though, they bring about development in these nations and some may want to call this; a form of re-colonization. @davidmwy puts it more clearly in this post below, where he speaks of China's plans to offer scholarships to 10,000 Africans, to study in China in a bid to bring about additional technological improvements in Africa:

CHINA IS COLONIZING AFRICA, ONE AIRPORT AT A TIME!

We will increase number of featured authors over time and we will play with variety. Visit #africa today and more often and remember to encourage and support authors there!
