TIL that Stephen Hawking may have disproved time travel by throwing a party in 2009
In 2009, Stephen Hawking threw a party for time travelers. He made invitations and sent them out. No one attended his party. Is it possible that no one wanted to travel through time and party with the famous physicist?
After being stood up, Hawking claimed, "I have experimental evidence that time travel is not possible."
