TIL: What is a NED?
Please don't ask me how I ended up watching this video on youtube. Probably it has to do with some kind of procrastination. But I learned an important thing today.
NED is an abbreviation for "Non-Educated-Delinquent"
( the "ned" part starts at 4:46)
Now I really hope this has nothing to do with "our" @ned , and that his ancestors did not descend from Scotland. Either way it is a quite funny coincidence. Hoping noone will take offense ;-)

They're people who grew up without family or sources to have a better life and with time they form gangs to support each other that's a big big problem right now here in medellin more directly in the neighborhoods that they influence.

Really, the Ned are also badass, I learnt they have a fight league from area by area.
This is really amazing to see such gangs with their costumes because most people apart from other countries face such kind of shits from different gangs like you have mentioned in your videos often gangs from all over the world
These gangs which were in a video are really helpful for people because they can now protect their self by seeing such gangs around them but one thing was missing in this video is the gang from #pakistan because I thought there also will be a gang of my country but its ok.
