Yes, this is totally true. In fact one of the first noticed appearences FZ had on international TV was on the Steve Allen Show. He there performed a dadaistic piece of music called "Concerto for Two Bicycles". Pure genious and creativity combined in a satirical social critic from the year 1963.

What a find. Very interesting. Especially enjoyed how Mr. Zappa made the distinction....Bi..cycles.
In the course of watching, ....bleujay could not help but be amazed how truly the same humanity is no matter what the time in history....although one could say we are bereft of some of the courtesies and refinement of a former time.
