TIL that the phrase "All rights reserved" has no legal validity since the year 2000
TIL that the famous phrase "All rights reserved" that we always see at the end of each film, in a CD of music or in the cover of any disc Blue-ray, for to put some examples, really does not have any legal validity since the 23 of August of the year 2000.

From that moment on it became only a formal indication that the owner of the legal rights was the legal holder of the rights provided by copyright law and nothing more.
However it is still the reference phrase when people talk about piracy or issues with legal rights.
