It is no use complaining about what did not work, for that project you were absolutely sure that you would have a return, for that person you trusted and betrayed your trust, for your investments that today are not worth the same as when you invested.
The lament closes our eyes to opportunities that may arise in that moment where everything for us is disgrace, sad and due to the overload of negativity on we only wish death. LOL. I know it hurts, I know it's hard to hear it, but everything will pass. Everything passes and when this storm pass, you can be sure that you will be laughing and feel ashamed of the desperate way you faced this situation.
Look for shortcuts. Look for easier ways to get what you want, even if you give up some luxuries. Sometimes a difficulty is a great opportunity for us to test our creativity, courage, dexterity and sense of urgency. It is the known: "Getting out of the comfort zone". If during this course you encounter some difficulty, do not get discouraged and move on, you are a warrior.
Come on, it's time! Get up from the chair or get out of bed, wipe your tears, brush your teeth, take your bath, change clothes, feed yourself, lift your head!
