These types of freezer has a resistance around, in the upper part of the freezer, if frozen, can be pos two reasons.
1 resistance does not work
2 The resistance is not correct for the capacity of cold, this has to see a technician.

I think my freezer design is one of the "low-energy / low-cost" types without the heaters around the rim... ;)
