How to look like a superhero?
Ever wanted to look like one of your favourite superheros, but you just can't get it right and No they didn't just wake up looking like that one morning.
Everyone trains and works out in some way, whether it is heavy weight training in the gym or opening your mouth training those jaws and stomach to add that extra burger. Figuring where we lie on this scale is difficult because we often compare ourselves to others.
Comparing myself to what I could be... well sad truth I'm sitting really close to that burger side of the scale. I build muscle really easy and a lot of it really fast, some people would die to have what I have inherited from my grandfather (he was a beast and still is at age 80+).
What I have learnt over the years is that everyone has a different body and a different body build. Thus one should not compare yourself to others, but rather to the potential that you can reach.
I loved this video because like anything in life we need to understand and plan for it to become successful. So why not apply that to training, the more prep we do the higher quality and better the end result will be.
I had 6 packs, danced day and night, yada yada about 10 years ago, then it went all to waste when I started working lol. Now I've a small beerbelly. Thanks for the reminder ;)
I had a six pack back when I was around 5 and it till I was 10 or so. Now I am just really cuddly.
I have 2 packs working on to get two more!
