Robert Ludlum was not only a brilliant thriller writer, but also an actor and film producer. His books have been translated into 32 languages and sold more than 280 million copies worldwide. One of his greatest successes was probably the Jason Bourne thriller series, of which some books were filmed with Matt Damon as Jasone Bourne, with great success. Not only in the cinema but also on TV some of these movies were shown. Of course I will also present this extraordinary thriller series.

But now to the content of today's book presentation "Das Parzival Mosaik".

The main producer is Michael Havelock, born in a village called Licice in the Czech Republic, smuggled out of the Czech Republic at the age of 12 and emigrated to the USA. He first studied in America and received his doctorate in Princeton at the age of 28. A close friendship unites him with Anton Matthias, a world-renowned scientist who is both his substitute and mentor. This exceptional scientist was later appointed Foreign Minister.
Nevertheless, Michael Havelock decided not to pursue a career at the university, which is expected to be a grandiose one, in order to become an agent. His mentor and surrogate father only agreed very hesitantly. His reasons for becoming an agent are his past, because he wants to contribute to the fact that the shots in Lidice never happen again.

In the past 16 years Havelock has always got the riskiest orders, and in a perpetual struggle to keep his life, he always had to be extremely vigilant, he should not allow himself to make mistakes, otherwise it would have happened for him.
By a strange coincidence, he thinks, he is on the trail of a crazy conspiracy and an immense deception manoeuvre. In Prague he begins his research and investigations, and in the process he gets a new employee named Jenna Karras, with whom he falls in love only a little later. The more his love grows, the more his terrible experiences from his past disappear. Nevertheless, he continues his work as an agent to prevent the incredible conspiracy and deception that would plunge the world into a nuclear war.

It is not easy to make the book palatable to another reader. In this world in which the leading actor moves, it would be advantageous to have a certain amount of prior knowledge. But if you have that, then the book, simply expressed, is the hammer. You will hardly be able to put it aside. If you are disturbed, he will feel it.

Conclusion:

I read the book with great pleasure, and can only recommend it to others, it's really the hammer.
