Currently the curation is random and there are only few Genre on Steem Blockchain, I am not talking about the Hashtag though. Compartmentalization or segregation in required order for everyone to curate valuable and put forward the original content on Steem Blockchain.
It's not that random trust me. The dedicated steemians are really rewarded well now. I hope you will be as well a dedicated one and you will see how things will go for you. It's a good step that you joined 3speak. Good starting. Enjoy. ☺
