I think without centralised government and massive wealth inequality, there would be more opportunity for people to learn freely and to make use of a 'learning market' that doesn't really exist today. It's certainly true that many people learn damaging information from others and continue to use it their whole lives. I feel that certain catalysts will come along to accelerate the process here - things are speeding up!
