The UK state takes advantage of Tommy Robinson trying to renew his passport before a family holiday and confiscates it.
The UK state can now arbitrarily decide to confiscate the travel document of a British Subject without notice, or recourse. They do not have to go to a court, or get a court order or inform the British Subject, they can just take his passport and deny him the right to travel freely.
Pretty much as the Soviet Union or the old German Democratic Republic (East Germany - where Merkel comes from) used to do. We used to call this fascism or totalitarian communism.

They know what they are doing behind the curtains, prolly higher authorities are withholding the passport and the several attempts the man in white shirt is talking about might be a lie.
They need to process the renewal of the passport and give him his travel documents.
They are denying him freedom of movement by withholding the passport since he cant travel out of the country to Europe.
Such government office workers are afraid to speak the truth for fear of being sacked.

This is simply disgusting! It really is a big amount of trouble when your passport gets seized up or taken away when you're in another country. Generally they just take it up with illogical reason and argue for a while and then give it back but all this meanwhile an unnecessary harassment is given free of cost which is ridiculous !

Instead they should ask themselves, if the same were done to million of migrants pouring into Great Britain 40 years earlier. There are better way to be sorry, first way is to throw away (deport) as many religious extremist within 7 days, second way is make massive reforms in Immigration law. Third way, give Tommy his passport (the renewed one) and let him go on holiday as per his will.
How do you deport religious extremists when most of them are British citizens? I'd love to be able to send the Archbishop of Canterbury to......well, anywhere really but it's not possible sadly.
Come-on people, earlier it was jail time for tommy, then came the death threat to tommy and his family from a guy who was later arrested and now this super idiotic move of confiscating his passport, do you authorities even have real evidence against him or you just wanted to play around, because you cant beat the shit out of those beige and bearded weirdos.
It's absolutely a targeted attack on Tommy and it's amazing how governments can violate every rule themselves when it suits them. They do what they want when they want and fuck the law. It only applies when it suits their agenda.

In the interests of fair comment. Taking a passport without a court order proving good reason is seriously wrong and I will go and look for more information about it than is given in this video.
I still think Robinson is a low life piece of racist scum however.
