@trevonjb, It has been noted that you are promoting the idea of purchasing a coin or other financial asset with this and several other of your videos on 3Speak. Where the content creator is offering anything that can be perceived as financial advice by the content consumer, the content creator MUST display an upfront, clear and non mistakable Financial Disclaimer.

Content creators who are providing any content that can be perceived as financial advice shall provide an upfront Financial Disclaimer which makes it clear that the content is not presented, intended or offered as financial advice and is not to be used as the basis for financial decisions. The Financial Disclaimer shall also make it clear that it places sole accountability and responsibility on the content consumer if they make financial decisions based on the information obtained from your content.

3Speak shall shortly update its Terms and Conditions for content creators to incorporate this requirement into their content. Any further violations of this condition shall result in your removal from being able to upload content to 3Speak.

We would also like to note that following previous scandals you had been involved in, we reviewed your content and saw that such videos as the 'Crypto Weather' were a sign of reform to your content creation style. We thought you should get the benefit of the doubt and have a chance to post to 3speak. We did not expect you to upload financial advice without disclaimers, and you can see from the comments below that this has somewhat upset several prominent members of the Steem community.
