RE: 2nd Ukraine Whistleblower Makes Trump LOSE IT
You are confused but that doesn't surprise me.
The seven day law only applies in matters the IG found concerning, that wasn't the case here. That's totally different then the request to have the material from Congress, which was turned over, so there's no obstruction. The president just can't hand over materials either, there's a process they must go through, you know those so called protocols the democrats just love to ignore as they are doing by not calling for a full vote of the house on impeachment and the fact that Schiff lied about having contact with the whistle blower eighteen days prior to the complaint being filed, not only that but helped assist the whistle blower in filing the complaint, something that would have required him to recuse himself from this fake impeachment process. Now it's not only been found that:
*The whistle blower is a democrat
*The whistle blower had assistants from other democrats filing his complaint
but now it's been learned he/she had contact with a 20/20 presidential contender prior to filing his complaint.
The reason democrats don't want to call for a full impeachment vote is so only the evidence provided is provided by them, they don't want any republicans to counter any of the evidence put into place or allow for an accused to be able to defend themselves, which under the constitution is a guaranteed right. What they are doing here is nothing short of bringing charges against someone then not allowing them legal representation or to produce counter evidence to the charges. That should concern every American. The American people are not blinded to what the democrats are doing and in the end it's going to blow up in their faces.
Furthermore every major player in the impeachment processes against the three presidents who once faced impeachment, every last one of them has been on television stating this impeachment process isn't following the proper protocols for impeachment and is NOT a legitimate impeachment process that would withhold under our constitutional requirements.
@threespeaks I've bothered sharing my political attentiveness here as my participation seemed appreciated by your upvotes but in the last week have been waning....my time could be better spent elsewhere for nothing especially if someone is going to get rewarded well for not knowing the difference between when the seven day rule applies and the difference when asked to be provided it by Congress.
