Let's take this piece by piece:

a) No one will be processed for accidentally misgendering people. People get processed for intentionally misgenering people with the goal to disrespect them.

b) Show me any statistic on how the health of citizens in countries like Germany or the Netherlands with a high quality public health care system is worse than the health in the US.
(And then add the quantity of people who go broke because of some illness in the mix)

c) I partially agree on education, good education is worth every cent, using this money to manipulate your population to consume, ignore the environmental impact and praise your country to avoid critical thinkers is a big problem. But educating people to have an open mind and enough knowledge for the better of the society is very costly. Especially higher education has been proven to be a good way to open peoples minds, even nowadays.

d) Carbon tax: We can't expect to pollute our planet without a price, companies pay for garbage and sewage, it's just fair to pay for carbon too. We are producing way too much of it, with an enormous impact on our planet. It's time to take responsibility. We got only one planet with finite resources. We can't continue allocating 90% of those to the western world.

The dividend of a carbon tax is clean air to breath still 50 years from now, that is worth every missing cent on any bank account.
