To help it be cost neutral for the 3Speak platform I wonder if creators could opt to give 3% of their post rewards to a fund.
When that fund reaches a certain amount the creator would be given 'vouchers' for a free Steem account and a month's 3Speak subscription.
The creators could then use those vouchers to onboard new creators to 3Speak and Steem.
I am not sure how the numbers would work, but just an idea...
