Truth is in a decentralized and capitalist setting Which the world is now based on, there's always the gulf in class and because of this some people have attained some unbridled power which remains unchecked and when these people are questioned or tackled they tend to flex this power in other to kill the voices of people and oppress them. So abuse of power is as a result of decentralization and capitalism really. So yes when there's an unchecked and unnecessary power demonstration on people then it's definitely an abuse. This is rampant on any decentralized setting Steem being an example
Of course. That's why we have to learn a lesson and explain to those who have power that they could abuse people with it. We are doing our best to invite people to this blockchain and we are inviting even our friends and families. We don't want to see them abused because they are the most important people to us. So, less abuse we will have on the chain, the more people we will able to invite without fear that they will be abused here !
