First of, when I saw the red buildings and atmospheric conditions I definitely thought it was editing until you said it was a natural occurrence in Indonesia caused by non and non have human activities I guess many are in so many part of the world and don't even know there's a strange event as this
You're not alone mate. I myself too felt the same initially and was pretty much convinced that it gotta be some sort of neat editing but got myself proven wrong soon. It's really a strange phenomenon caused by the forest fires in Indonesia at the moment and is really very harmful.
