4:00 - How is this "deplatforming" performed? It sounds more than just flagging or NOT upvoting content. What happens when i click on "Report"?

    This will be built in by community concensus. voting weights will be driven by stake and how influential the creator is (based on interactions, amount of SPK donated, views, Steem rewards, videos uploaded, etc.)
