As you can see, the HF20 just got new patches that make the RC system better and actually usable. I think we had to move into some better Bandwidth system which is more fair. In the previous system it was possible that users that have less than 50 SP were not able to transact anything, while 60 SP users could spam as they wanted. The transition to the new system was very bad. But in the long term, it is a progress and I hope it will only get better.
