Losing-sight can be of benefit (Part 3)
Dear Steemians,
I am pleased to post part 3 of my essay related to a guy losing sight in his life and endeavouring new experiences in his life.
You can find the 2 first part of the story at the bottom of the current page ;-)
Story:
The tinnitus had a high impact on the guys life. He could never really find peace with him and the world and however nobody saw that he was suffering. He consistently made the efforts to show his best face towards his colleagues and teams and provided the most efficient assistance he could. He worked in shifts which had an impact on his biological rythm and the amount of questions he faced every day was very huge. The whole caused him a lot of stress and he had no possibility to find the right balance in his life and was not really motivated to undertake things for his privacy. Well in fact if you remember the two first parts he already made a step to change his life. He felt it and spoused the idea to the fullest.
A few days after sending the letter to the manager he received a reply in which the manager told him that he appreciated the openness of the guy requesting the change. Indeed, a lot of people appreciated the guy for this reason as he always has been genuine to anybody and never judged others when they told him things of their life. He also was a very reliable guy and he was appreciated for his professionalism and his commitment. He always searched the information he needed to provided to his colleagues in order to enable them to submit the correct answer to the customers.
The manager invited the guy to a discussion a few days after with the presence of the Human-Resources Manager.
