Random thinking
The way the philosophy/psychology went, seemed to follow a illogical misunderstanding brought about in the time where quantum science was just being discovered and understood. The first moments where the scientists seemed to imply that we were only atoms, quarks, and there was no “spirit” the philosophers/psychologist lost faith in reality, and became religious. They started praying for a new world, in which they believed they had found the answer, to all the problems. Faith, which had now become known as fact, what was once fake was now real, and nothing existed, cause it existed, due to complex multi variable answers they had no desire to really go into.
Drugs became a way for them to experience these “higher dimensions”. All while in reality their mind was melting, reverting to a preceptionless state, of understimulation, and suddenly extremely violent attacks of overstimulation due to being hypersensitive. The fallacy is there was no higher dimensions, and that the world the human was naturally adapted too was already the highest domain.
They already had this group think, and confirmation bias due to religious upbringings, or superstition that none of this was real. Tho for the reasons they knew they believe in something that does not exist, they believed the non-existent existed, and made everything else non-existent in their own minds. They asked why do we exist? They got the answer because it was a plan, it was fate, something made us for a purpose, for its purpose.
They became tools for something immaterial. Their own imaginary friend became this idol they worshipped. Children believe what they are told, and f told a lie about a imaginary authority figure they will be more controllable. The problem is they are insane, the person who told them the lie, did so for Malacious selfish reasons. They used this imaginary projection as a predator, as a weapon. Where the rules the person believes this imaginary being is watching to see if they break, are only determined by the person who came up with said imaginary being.
We humans could be prone to believing in invisible things, due to the ever present threat of predators. The threat that you can’t perceive is the most dangerous so the imaginary predatory must be the most dangerous. So this god, became the alpha species on earth, which preyed upon humans. We became its servants, and worshipped this being or sometimes beings. Anyone who questioned the gods never really questioned the gods only the rule of control in which those in power wanted to have.
Tho the questions remains. Was it done consciously? Or unconsciously? Did the story come from somewhere? The original story of his imaginary thing? Or where they stories from hunters? Told about miracles, and tragedies, ways of boasting, and self engrandizing, White lies and the unbelievable, ways of entertaining others at a time where there was no television. Was the first imaginary being, that became a god/religion just a group of hunters that only knew how to entertain? They would come up with stories, about life, this other became a role in them. Why this hunt went bad, why that hunt went bad why any good thing happened, why any bad thing happened, especially if it was random, it became the role of the imaginary friend to get the recognition.
Glory went to the imaginary not the material. Random acts weren’t random, they couldn’t be, tho if your starving for food, and exhausted are you able to realize a random occurrence was random? Or would you be open to suggest it was this divine being? Almost as an act of humility, when something good occurred you didn’t want to take responsibility for, or an act of denial when something bad occurred and you wanted no responsibility.
Which I could say means that the imaginary friend seemed to be the equalizer. This personal construct that someone could keep their egos in check, and use to keep their minds healthy. A way for them to not take to much responsibility when it would be unhealthy to take it, such as when someone dies from a incurable disease. Or to not let the ego grow to large because by random chance some good luck happened to make you say wealthier.
The issue is tho, why is it so difficult to do that without the imaginary friend? Could it be that we need this imagined non-existent thing because we know it’s not real? When we talk about it we know we aren’t talking about anything in particular just how the world works, just how things are. When the fact is that it’s just a fact, it’s not as entertaining to us as the idea it was this god, this imaginary super being.
Reality is boring and limited in possible explanations of telling a story truthfully, and eventually when you tell something enough times people stop listening. Which is where the lies get put in, enough people tell the lies, the lies become real. And suddenly this super predatory that isn’t there is real. The problem is tho, eventually the imaginary super predatory became the universe itself. The universe made us, yes it kills us, but it brings us into existence, it’s not a super predator tho that grants favors and enacts punishments. So to kill the super being, we started to worship the spirt, we started denying the flesh, as a way to become greater then the imaginary projection, we turned the universe into. To become greater then the super predator in the sky we had to become immaterial and super prey. If the super predator won’t stop we shall become the prey, that learns to evade the predator with greater competence till we become so good at evading this predator it is no longer our predator and we can co-exist.
We almost got to the point where we said this imaginary friend isn’t real. Then the believers got a hold of early quantum theory; and started spouting that their belief was now based off facts. That we are immaterial the world is a illusion, we are imaginary just created for our imaginary friend to consume. Tho the science quickly changed but the believers haven’t stopped going down a path of blind faith since. Since outdated science has confirmed that we are illusions, the newer science that denied the existence of this non-reality was wrong and is best to be ignored and shunned. Only science that supported that we don’t exist was acknowledged and the rest had to be ignored.
