This is a great post on an important topic. If you want to take your posting to the next level, consider citing the sources you used while researching at the bottom of your post. Several times you mentioned studies showed something, or otherwise made references that were clearly relying on an outside source. Supplying links to those sources at the bottom of your post would be best practice. Keep up the great posting! Upvoted and resteemed :)
