I do get a bit violent when the fridge door is resisting, but I think you are talking about the wider picture here :)
Balancing security and freedom - we've seen here that it's much easier said than done.
Secure in jail, or free to fall off the side off cliff. The problem is that we outsource both of them. We fight for our freedom yet demand that the same group still keeps us secure.

Yes it is. And there are plenty of people who are demanding upside without wanting the risk of the downside aspects. Risk/reward.
