The mind influences our health

Andreas Tenzer

Mr. Andreas Tenzer was born on 13.1.1954 in Oberbruch near Aachen.

After he had finished a study for history and for philosophy, he was trained as a grammar school teacher. Andrea Tenzer worked as a grammar school teacher and then as a lecturer at the University of Münster.

Questions, which occupied him already early, were e.g.

How does a pupil think?
What potential does he actually have?
Why do many students think it is better to translate their potential into performance?
What are their blockades?
How do they manage to dissolve their blockades?
Why do so many students have so little interest in school topics?

Big questions that he tracked down and therefore probably offered special workshops in the 80s and 90s to get more teachers to think and help students.
He participated in consciousness expansion seminars, where he also met the founder of Transpersonal Psychology, Stanislav Grof.

He is a very interesting personality, about whom little is known, although Mr. Tenzer has thought about crucial topics.

The state of health is related to the quality of thought.

If one has sad, doubting and negative thoughts, this has an effect on the mind. On the constitution of a person.
Negative thoughts can then lead to health impairments, so that this person is not able to fully unfold his personal potential.
msm should think about this in peace and reflect.

O Sr. Andreas Tenzer nasceu em 13.1.1954 em Oberbruch, perto de Aachen.

Depois de ter terminado um estudo de história e de filosofia, foi formado como professor de gramática. Andrea Tenzer trabalhou como professora da escola primária e depois como professora na Universidade de Münster.

As perguntas que já o ocupavam cedo eram, por exemplo

Como pensa um aluno?
Que potencial tem ele realmente?
Porque é que muitos alunos acham que é melhor traduzir o seu potencial em desempenho?
Quais são os seus bloqueios?
Como conseguem dissolver os seus bloqueios?
Porque é que tantos alunos têm tão pouco interesse nos tópicos da escola?

Grandes questões que ele rastreou e, portanto, provavelmente ofereceu workshops especiais nos anos 80 e 90 para que mais professores pensassem e ajudassem os alunos.
Ele participou em seminários de expansão da consciência, onde também conheceu o fundador da Psicologia Transpessoal, Stanislav Grof.

Ele é uma personalidade muito interessante, sobre a qual pouco se sabe, embora o Sr. Tenzer tenha pensado em temas cruciais.

O estado de saúde está relacionado com a qualidade do pensamento.

Se alguém tem pensamentos tristes, duvidosos e negativos, isso tem um efeito sobre a mente. Sobre a constituição de uma pessoa.
Pensamentos negativos podem então levar a problemas de saúde, de modo que esta pessoa não é capaz de desenvolver completamente o seu potencial pessoal.
msm deve pensar sobre isso em paz e refletir.

Der Verstand beeinflusst unsere Gesundheit

Der Herr Andreas Tenzer wurde am 13.1.1954 in Oberbruch bei Aachen geboren.

Nachdem er ein Studium für Geschichte und für Philosophie abgeschlossen hatte, wurde er zum Gymnasiallehrer ausgebilden. Andrea Tenzer war als Gymnasiallehrer und als Dozent an der Universität Münster danach tätig.

Fragen, welche ihn schon früh beschäftigten, waren z.B.

Wie denkt ein Schüler?
Über welches Potenzial verfügt dieser eigentlich?
Warum fällt es viele Schüler achwer, ihr Potenzial in Leistung umzusetzen?
Was sind ihre Blockaden?
Wie schaffen sie es, ihre Blockaden aufzulösen?
Warum haben so viele Schüler kaum Interesse an den schulischen Themen?

Große Fragen, denen er auf die Spur ging und deshalb wahrscheinlich auch in den 80-iger und 90-iger Jahren besonders Workshops anbot, um mehr Lehrer zum Nachdenken zu bewegen und Schülern zu helfen.
Er nahm an Bewusstseinserweiterungs Seminaren teil, auf denen er mitunter auch dem Begründer der Transpersonalen Psychologie, Stanislav Grof, traf.

Eine sehr interessante Persönlichkeit, über die man wenig weiß, obwohl der Herr Tenzer sich über ausschlaggebende Themen Gedanken gemacht hat.

Der Gesundheitszustand hängt mit der Gedankenqualität zusammen.

Hat man traurige, zweifelnde und negative Gedanken, so wirkt dieses sich auf das Gemüt aus. Auf die Verfassung einer Person.
Negativen gedanken können dann zu gesundheitlichen Beeinträchtigungen führen, so dass diese Person nicht in der lage ist, das persönliche Potential vollständig zu entfalten.
Darüber sollte msm mal in Ruhe nachdenken und sich reflektieren.
