मनुष्य एक मननशील प्राणी है । यदि उसका मन क्रियाशील नहीं रहता तो उसके लिए संसार के समस्त आकर्षण अर्थहीन हो जाते है । उदासी या प्रसन्नता मन की होती है ।यदि किसी को अपशब्द बोल दिया जाये तो उसे मानसिक ठेस पहुंचती है। जिस मनुष्य की शक्ति जितनी दृढ़ होती है , उसका मन उतना ही संकल्पवान होता है । सामन्य व्यक्ति अपनी मुश्किलों को देख कर जल्दी घबरा जाता है ।जबकि महान और प्रतिभाशाली व्यक्ति अपने मानसिक बल से विजयी हो जाते है । परन्तु लोभी लालची व्यक्ति मानसिक रूप से भटक जाते है . क्युकी उसका मन डावाडोल होता रहता है ।

एक महिला का एक बुटीक था । उसके पास कई कारीगर काम करते थे । वह केवल कपड़ो कई कटाई करती थी । जभकि कारीगर सिर्फ सिलाई करते थे। उसके पास ग्राहक बहुत आते थे ।उसका बहुत नाम था ।कपड़ो कई कटाई करते समय जो कपडा बच जाता उसे ग्राहक को वापिस नहीं करती थी ।वह पुरुष और महिलाओ दोनों के कपड़े सिलती थी । एक बार वह बहुत बीमार हो गयी और रात को वह सवपन देखती है कई उसकी मौत हो गयी है । उसकी अर्थी को सजाया जा रहा है । अर्थी पर कपड़ो के फूल सजाये जा रहे है । अर्थो पर कपड़ो के सूंदर फूल सजे हुए थे । उसने किसी से पूछा कई इतने सूंदर फूल को कैसे बनाया गया । तो उसका एक विश्वासपात्र कारीगर ने बताया कई जो कपड़ो के टुकड़े अपने चोरी बचाकर रखे हुए थे । उनके फूल बनाकर आपकी अर्थी को सजाया गया है । वह यह सुन कर भगवन से क्षमा मांगने लगी । भविष्य मे वह यह चोरी कभी नहीं करेगी । क्युकी जो भी व्यक्ति इन् फूलो को देखैगा ,वह यह जानने का प्रयास अवश्य करैगा और वह समझ जायगा कि यह चोरी का कपडा है और इसमें उसकी बहुत बदनामी होगी । इस घबराहट में ही उसकी नींद खुल जाती है ।

कुछ दिनों बाद वह स्वास्थ हो गयी । जिस दिन वह दुकान पर गयी उसने अपने विश्वासपात्र कारीगर को बुलाया और कहा कि जभ भी वह बचा हुआ कपडा छुपाना चाइये तोह वह उसे कहे फूल फूल । वह सावधान हो जायगी । यह क्रम कितने दिन चलता रहा । एक दिन शहर कि अमीर परिवार कि दो लड़किया सूट देने आयी तो उनके कीमती वस्त्र देख कर वो ललचा गयी । जब यह टुकड़े बचाकर रखने लगी । तब कारीगर ने उसे फूल दिखा कर सकेत किया जो उसने कपडे का बनाकर रखा हुआ था । परन्तु उसके सकेत करने के बाद भी उस महिला पर कुछ असर नहीं हुआ उल्टा उसने यह कहा फूल तो बहुत लगे हुए थे पर इतने सूंदर फूल नहीं लगे हुए थे ।

इसके बाद वह फूलो को भूल गयी और फिर वही कपड़ा चोरी करना सगुरु कर दिया । ऐसा कई बार देखने में आता है । बहुत लोग बुरे नतीजे से अपनी सोच बदल देते है । पर ज़्यदातर लोग वही पुराणी गलती दोहराने लगते है । वह भूल जाते है कि इसका फल तोह एक न एक दिन भोगना ही पड़ना है । पाप करते वक़्त वह यही कहते है भगवन अच्छा ही करैगा पर भगवन कैसे अच्छा करैगा जब हम गलत कर रहे है । दूसरे से ज़्यदा सपष्ट सच हमारा मन होता है जो एक बार पाप करते समय जगह ज़रूर करता है कि हम जो कर रहे है वह गलत है और मन का आईना झूठ नहीं बोलता एक बार कुछ गलत करते हुए अपने मन कि आवाज़ ज़रूर सुने ।
