Are the California Fires Linked to Isis?

The last week has been tragic here is ca. To say the least. My hometown was ruined and many neighbors lost their homes.

This is my neighbors house so tragic. 4 homes from me. This was caused from the Thomas fire.

During this fire several others started in LA, San Diego, and the Thomas fire even spread toward Santa Barbara and burnt several of my favorite surf spots.

What are your thoughts? Is Isis responsible?
