I really don't know if Buying Up-Votes is against the Rules of Steemit or not...
To me, Buying is much like Leasing, in that you get more back more than you use...
I'm about to use 11.100 STEEM to see what happens in 7 Days...
Some people use Thousands of Steem Power to make their daily Payouts...
To me, that takes away from the People they could be Up-Voting...
I really don't know what the difference is, or what's legal or not...
Don't Down Vote me, unless what I'm doing is totally against the Steemit Rules...
If it's against the Rules, please Quote the Rule...

As clearly stated to you more than once, you would do much better to try and find, engage with and help build up a community with which you have something in common, than continue this rewarding yourself, at the expense of others ...
