In Denver, CO, a few years ago, at a giant flea market, I saw dozens of signs like those for sale. Sassy women, many in 1950s art style. Now I wonder if the vendor had come from your neck o' the woods.
I think these days they're probably all produced in China. In any case, I've seen similar signs no matter where I travel in the States, though nowhere else have I run across "S.D. Lauder." ;-)
