Thirsty Crow |

Once upon a time there was a village near a forest. Since the village was big, there was a lot of activity in the village. A crow lived in the same village. The crow was quite disturbed by the noise. So one day he decided that he would leave the village and go to live in the forest somewhere away from the village. The crow's aim was not only to go to the forest but also to find a home to live in. Where he can live comfortably and escape from the noise and bustle of the village. Then the crow started flying towards the forest. While flying, the crow felt very thirsty, he kept flying for long distances in search of water but he could not find water anywhere.
When he got tired, he saw a pitcher on the ground which had very little water in it. When the crow tried to drink water, his beak was not able to reach the water.
She tried every way to drink water but everything went in vain. The crow became restless and then he thought of an idea. He collected nearby pebbles and put them one by one into the pond with his beak until the water came to the top. Then the crow drank water to his heart's content. In this way the crow quenched his thirst with his hard work and stamina. And saved his life. Nearby he saw a tree which was quite big and safe for him too. The crow made his home on this tree and started living there happily.
From this story we learn that even impossible tasks can be made possible by following the path of hard work.
