Things that are made of matter can only make you feel good physically, not mentally. Our brains are the same as someone who is selfish.

That means we all go through mental pain, such as loneliness, fear, doubt, and jealousy. These feelings can mess up anyone's mind. Take them off with money?

It's not possible! Too much stress can mess up the minds of some people, so they take drugs that briefly lower stress but have a lot of bad side effects.

Peace of mind is not something that can be bought. No one wants to buy it, but everyone wants it! So many people take tranquillizers, but kindness is the best way to calm a worried mind. That's why people who are selfish need kindness.

The best thing for your health is to have peace of mind. It makes the real things more balanced. Yes, this is also true if you get enough sleep. And if we sleep with peace of mind, there are no problems, so we don't need to take pills to sleep.

A lot of people care about how they look. But nothing will help if you're mad, no matter how much makeup you use. You're still bad. If you smile, on the other hand, and don't look angry, your face looks better and smarter.

If we really try to be compassionate, when we get angry, it only lasts a short time. Being healthy is like having a strong defence system. Things don't go too badly when a bug shows up.

So, we need a caring and whole-person view. So, we will get stronger by learning about and thinking about how everything is linked.

The good in all of us is the same. Take a good look at yourself. Look at all the good things that could happen. There are also bad things there, but there is also the chance for good things to happen.

At our core, people are more naturally good than bad. We start our lives with kindness. That means the seed of kindness is stronger than the seed of anger.

So, think more positively about yourself. This will help you feel calmer. It will also be easier when troubles come up.

Great Indian Buddhist master Shantideva said that we don't need to worry about a problem as long as we think about it and find a way to avoid or get around it. We shouldn't worry if we can't get through it. Accept what is.
