SBI is moving everything to 14 minutes. (I did a lot of the rule updating for that.) So it's no surprise they're ahead.
One of the options when I re-evaluate self-voting in mid-October is to move the votes on these accounts back ahead of them. I suspect it's going to be better to just stop, though.
Hm, maybe I'll move my vote ahead now.
