dApp Updates 4/29/19
Everyday it seems that the progress on the community dApp is progressing better than we could have ever hoped.
When building a community, it is alot like building a homestead and a house. There is not really anyone around that can tell you what to do, or what details to include.
Sometimes there are small things that slip your mind that you never would have guessed you needed. Today I am pleased to share a couple of updates.
First, I know this one is simple, but I am very excited about it. At the top of the screen we have added an 'About Us' tab. This tab will take the user directly to The Inner Blocks introduction post. As obvious as this may seem, it didn't come with the first release.
As we (@freedomtowrite and @freedompoint) continue to manually curate posts, we leave an invite to the site in the comment section. It is a full invite to use the tag 'innerblocks', join us on discord, and use the community dApp.
Speaking of tag use, that is the second update today. There has been an increase in the tag use 'innerblocks'. When someone uses the tag 'innerblocks' it automatically appears on the dApp in the 'new' section. So we are able to see all posts on Steemit that are using the tag 'innerblocks'. This gives us a starting point for curation. When a post is upvoted at 81% or more, it is automatically posted on the 'featured' section as well.
