I got stuck on a post here and it took me a bit longer than two days to gather my thoughts and get them to text. Constant writing and deleting I almost gave up on that post a couple of times.

Sometime rapid growth can hurt a project, a steady growth should I think be sought after, but with so much of what you do being done manually, we/you need to be careful about overextending yourself. That being said we can not step out of the flow of time and change and become stagnant, that leads to a slow death not slow growth. A balance needs to be maintained, finding the balance is not an easy thing to do.
