GREAT CHURCH!

The paster of this church called Covenant Church of Carrollton, Texas decided to help families instead of advertising their church. They bought out $100,000.00 worth of medical debt. They teamed up with a Non-profit. That being said a collection agency turned $10 MILLION into $100,000.00 into collection since they can be bought at a fraction. 4,229 families and veterans who have been forgiven of the medical debt will be receiving letters in the mail this week notifying them of the donation.

The pastor had his own case when he was around 17 years old where he couldn't pay his debts. His parents couldn't help due to the same reasons. Until their church stepped in and helped. The pastor said this “If you can imagine what those people this week will be feeling when they receive the letter that you sent them saying their debt is paid,” Hayes preached to the congregation. “I pray 100-fold that that [is how] you would feel in reading the letter He wrote to you in the book of John 19:30. ‘Hey, your debt of sin is paid. You are covered.’”

Imagine being part of one of those families, and being so debt stressing daily to wake up one day and find out it's taken are of. I don't see church news often so this stuck out.

Why not do something good for someone today
Every now and then when I go out to eat, I pay for the person behind me in line. It's this random act of kindness that helps the world for the better. They could be going through a tough time or even better they continue the trend.
