Bittrex took my Bitcoin Gold

I bought about $1000 worth of Bitcoin Gold BTG on Bittrex . 2 days ago I checked the wallet and the BTG wallet was missing. In fact BTG wasn’t listed at all anywhere on the exchange. I wrote Bittrex support asked what was going on. I got a generic automatic response that had nothing to do with BTG. Yesterday and today I noticed that BTG was again listed on the exchange. Also my wallet is now available again, but now has a zero balance. I wrote the Bittrex support again yesterday. So far, there has been no reply.
