Hello Steemians, How was it going friends ? I hope that all of you will be healthy and avoid this disease.
Now I start telling you about my whole day.

This morning , I woke up at 8 o'clock.I used to feel like getting out of the blanket due to the cold, so today I woke up a little late.After getting up I drank hot water and went to freshen up when I brushed my teeth.To make my body healthy , I do exercise and Pranayam for a while every day.

I made tea and sandwich

Today my mother had a headache, due to which I had to make breakfast.It is very tasty to see and eat, but it is very harmful for our body because it contains flour.

This is my first page of Sec which I had today.

After reading for 1 hour, my brother gave me a voice to eat. My mother gave food to both of us, after eating food, I moved my room in my room for a while and after lying down on my bed, I started calling.After that I do not know when I fell asleep.
