Hii, everyone

Yesterday I was so busy so could not post the blog today sending this blog.

I am Rahul from India live in Navi mumbai at kalamboli. I am a third year BAMS student at maharashtra number one college for ayurveda. This college is situated in heart of mumbai city named worli. This area is so pasch near about worli and bandra sealink is also present make seen so beautiful. Worli is a rich area rooms for rent is also so high.

Let's began the #thediarygame for 10th August conducted by steemit plateform.

Morning

Woke up at 6am then refreshedrefreshed. Then brushed after that ate an banana 🍌 ,then go for running at 6.30am did some form of exercise and yoga with small meditation. Do you know??, what is the aim of meditation, it mean that the soul of body is directly corrected with the divine supreme god. If we do regular meditation then in one day we can get moksha प्राप्ति after all the chakra's are open then we called as a आप्त one. After that I came to home made banana with milk banana shake and taste to hard awesome . Bathed then read think and grow rich

chapter 5 named IMAGINATION most important tool for doing anything imagination leads to creativity, creativity leads to productivity leads to fulfilment. Then started study for 2hours with friend around 10am ended to 12pm .

Afternoon:

Afternoon was also same goes with study with friend for 3 hours then went for the lunch at 3.15pm in lunch there was paneer sabji with puri delicious one. Then slept for 2 hours from 3.30pm to 5.30pm.

Evening:
After wakening up from sleep refreshed with coffee made by my mother then 30min went for evening walk with little brother. Then from 7pm to 10pm self study read the subject PSM(preventive and social medicine) this subject is for how to maintain health regulate basis and what are the programmes are running by the government of india how peoples get the benefits of these programmes
Most important for the doctors also how to behave with the patients.

Night:

At 10.30 did my dinner then sat for the study for e hours to around 1pm then went the sleep.

THIS IS HOW MY WHOLE DAYS WAS GONE

100% power up!!!!!!!
