I've read about court is pissed about FBI because not giving information. They do not give out the cockpit-voicerecorder (even did not know yet there is one) and not telephone-numbers of witnesses.
But maybe this is regular practice. Very hard to read all this specialised English of the lawyers. Especially if English is not your native language.
