DOL are not extortionists. Nobody has to pay them a dime. If WTC 7 truly fell into its own footprint at free-fall speed due to waste paper basket fires and a Boeing 767 left a 10 foot hole at the Pentagon, why should anyone at the State Department be worried about DOL?
