Oh dear, the entry you submitted was published "yesterday".
Nominations open on Mondays (12:00 am) and closes on Fridays (11:59 pm). This means only posts published and submitted within this time frame are eligible.
You however still have one more nomination :)

The issue is not with the time you submitted the entry but the time the entry you submitted was published by the author. Only posts published between Monday and Friday are eligible. This means that posts published on saturday and sunday aren't eligible.
