You pray it doesn't spell your slaughter
You trace the wall with your left hand
To guide your way, and help you stand
You hear a growing drip, drip, drip
You speed your pace, but start to trip
You're tumbling fast, face-first withal...
...you turn direction t'wards the wall
...you curl into a tiny ball
...you raise your arms to break your fall
...now on the ground, you start to crawl.
