Hello stemians, today I want to talk about this great title of Sega Dreamcast that was and is the big step to the 3D for the fighting games, on arcade and consoles. Soul Calibur, I'm sure many listened to talk or saw this incredible game sometime in the decade at the end of the 90s-2000s, with excellent graphics something so impressive for the time, game modality, versatility among other aspects that make this much one of the best fighting games created. With a great and interesting story arc from the predecessor Soul Edge or (Soul Blade).

Hello stemians, hoy quiero hablarles un poco acerca de este gran titulo de sega dreamcast que fue y es el gran paso al 3d para los juegos de pelea, en árcade y consolas. Soul Calibur, estoy seguro que muchos escucharon hablar o vieron este increíble juego alguna vez en la década a finales de los 90s- 2000s,con excelentes gráficos algo tan impresionante para la época, modalidad de juego verstalidad entre otros aspectos que hacen de este por mucho uno de los mejores juegos de pelea creados. Con una gran e interesante historia y arco argumental proveniente del antecesor Soul Edge o (Soul Blade).

Resumiendo un poco de lo que fue soul edge, durante toda la historia muchos guerreros de todo el mundo se enfrascaron en un viaje para encontrar el arma o la espada suprema llamada Soul Edge un arma que quedo maldita por todas las masacres que proporcionaba, sin embargo nadie había logrado poseerla, hasta el año 1558 la mítica espada apareció en subasta en forma de doble espada que fueron conseguidas por el gran capitán cervantes de león un pirata español nacido en valencia nadie supo nada de él luego de que obtuvo soul edge, luego de esto 9 guerreros de distintas partes del mundo se embarcaron en la búsqueda de soul edge por distintos motivos y propósitos

cervantes was protecting soul edge for 25 years in Valencia killing and feeding souls to soul edge, in the year 1583 a greek valkyrie named Sophitia and a ninja of Japanese origin called taki stopped Cervantes and destroyed one of the 2 swords. After the fierce and pitched battle, Siegfried appeared a knight of German origin who wielded what was left of soul edge and this term to own it and turn it into its new carrier which would be called Nightmare.

cervantes estuvo protegiendo soul edge durante 25 años en valencia asesinando y alimentando de almas a soul edge, en el año 1583 una valkiria griega de nombre sophitia y una ninja de origen japonés llamada taki detuvieron a cervantes y destruyeron una de las 2 espadas. Luego de la feroz y campal batalla apareció siegfried un caballero de origen alemán que empuño lo que quedaba de soul edge y esta termino por poseerlo y convertirlo en su nuevo portador el cual se llamaría Nightmare.

In the year 1586 nightmare knight turns Europe into a wave of massacres to strengthen the weakened sword along with his new followers ( Astaroth,Ivy, lIzardman )

who succeeded in collecting the number of souls to start the rebuilding ceremony of the cursed sword in the castle of Ostrheinsburg in Germany, before being able to complete the ritual they were stopped by 3 young warriors(Killik, Xianghua, Maxi) defeating nightmare after this was manifested the spirit inside soul edge inferno sending them to the abyss to face them, as a result, the sword of xianghua takes form of the legendary Sword soul calibur, both swords together with nightmare recovered their authentic form, recognizing Siegfried his sins decided to make an expedition trip even though the sword still had some control over him and for the time being he became nightmare and even stole souls becoming again the black knight.

En el año 1586 el caballero nightmare convierte Europa en una ola de matanzas para fortalecer la espada debilitada junto con sus nuevos seguidores (Ivy,lizardman, astaroth,) los cuales tuvieron éxito recolectando la cantidad de almas para iniciar la ceremonia de reconstrucción de la espada maldita en el castillo de Ostrheinsburg en Alemania, antes de poder completar dicho ritual fueron detenidos por 3 jóvenes guerreros (Killik, xhiangua, maxi) derrotando asi a nightmare luego de esto se manifestó el espirtu dentro de soul edge inferno enviándolos al abismo para enfrentarlos, como resultado la espada de xianghua toma forma de la legendaria forma de soul calibur, ambas espadas junto a nightmare recobraron su autentica forma, reconociendo siegfried sus pecados decidió hacer un viaje de expedición a pesar que la espada aun tenía algún control sobre el y de momento se convertía en nightmare y aun robaba almas convirtiéndose nuevamente en el caballero negro.
