Is good to see how much you care about this community and the hard you work for making it better, about the payments would be nice if we could choose when we want to collect the money. But this would also condition that the publication stops generating as soon as the money is collected, right?
About the dead witnesses I have little time here but I've realized how much interest and effort you put into what you do, the thing of dead witnesses is something that should not happen, but I think it also has an influence as in my case when I joined steemit, I did not know nobody, I did not know who to vote for, I could simply vote a few randomly because if they are in the first 50 it means that they '' do a good job '' but I can not really prove it, they can even be active (but they do not meet my expectations as it happened to me with a Hispanic witness).

Yes, it stops generating voting income. It is forever on the blockchain though and people would still be able to see it after that.
