This asshat been flagging my posts and comments all week, has nothing to do with weed or anything, it's because I used a bot. I guess he thinks he runs the ecosystem here on the chain. Or maybe one of those self-righteous wish I made as much money as the big bot owners or maybe even paid by someone to do just that. Could be any reason, but they first showed up when I commented on @justineh's post for The BLOCK Party, so maybe he hates her and since she endorsed my event, he thought it would behoove and please people to follow me around and be annoying.

This is event is not 140 bucks. It's free as I've stated before, I don't mind if you don't come but stop spreading rumors and talking shit. I'm sure the club owners wouldn't appreciate you trashing their business. I don't own the place I've only invited people to come hang out and there will be much more than 50 people there. It's a really popular place.
Also, after giving you all that tincture, weed and bringing you to hang out with my friends with good conversations I really thought we hit it off. One time I couldn't talk on the phone and you got mad and said we had to part ways now all you do is talk shit. If you're referring to the HF21 (that has yet to be implemented) pool, no. The pool is an RC pot set aside to give people a few free flags that won't affect their Voting Power. The only thing it does is return a portion back to the rewards pool itself. And, well, get on people's nerves. There are warranted cases like true plagiarism and what one would feel a 'shitpost' to be. Or even differences in opinion and cultural differences. Many reasons to flag, but it doesn't give the flagger anything.
I see your plagerism and theft! Definitely let's flag that.
But original content whether or not it is shit? Well that's kinda a grey area.

And is a slippery slope of censorship.
The "quality" standard is the subjective call....

Of course not. When you flag (downvote) something those rewards are sent back to the rewards pool and are allocated among all authors.
There is no “rewards” earned for the individual flagging.
Currently when you cast a downvote it uses mana from your 10 “free” votes per day. The proposed changes would just make it where there would be a small amount of additional mana for downvotes, that will be separate than those used for upvoting. I hope that makes sense.
