This is such a great initiative. It is what @thedarkhorse is advocating for with his #Payitforward Curation contest. If you haven't heard of itit maybe you should have a look :)
I absolutely love the idea of uplifting newbies and offering guidelines, more so because I had to manouver on my own the firstbest few weeks. Now that I have a solid ground I am looking forward to give back slowly.
