@thealliance really is one big happy family, and it is incredible to see how much the members rally around to support each other with upvotes and of course comments - which are such a big part of this community and can make a real difference to a post creator. Upvotes are a nice reward, but comments on posts show the creator someone actually read and appreciated they work - they encourage future posts and ensure the continued growth of Steemit as a platform. And of course the benefit of comments is that people remember you and will take the time to look back at your work - a win win situation as I see it.
Yeah, you are right... I feel happy whenever there's a comment in my post
