being young causes anxiety and stress as we enter the world of adulthood and can slowly realise that relationships and feelings are deeper than we thought. in my time the 90's it was cigarettes now it's facebook tomorrow it will be something else..
for adults suffering from this that means issues that haven't been solved are been faced to, your own truth is the hardest to admit that can lead to stress and anxiety.
